缅甸北部的若开邦连降大雨，造成孟都和布迪当等地区洪水泛滥。政府证实已有42人死亡。一些地方（布迪当）出现滑坡，孟都和布迪当的道路和桥梁被洪水切断或破坏。一些村庄发生严重洪水。
