阿富汗洪水

风暴引发了阿富汗北部数天的大暴雨，导致该区域于2014年4月25日发生了山洪。据估计，超过159人死亡，数万人被迫疏散。

朱兹詹，法里亚布和萨尔普勒是受灾最严重的省份，至少有一千所房屋被洪水毁于一旦。该地区的道路和作物也被水淹没。据报道，仅朱兹詹一个省就有30个村庄被洪水淹没。

近年来，该区域特别容易出现洪灾，许多农村房屋是由泥构造的，导致其没有能力应对这种严重的洪涝灾害。

洪水刚发生时，阿富汗国家军队就展开了救援行动，疏散了许多受灾地区的灾民。但是要想准确估计出偏远区域所消失的人数还是非常困难的。

据估计，截至2014年5月7日， 71,000人受到洪水的影响。5月2日，雨水和洪水致使阿尔戈区发生了泥石流，约有 1000人死亡。幸存者的搜救行动截至于5月3日，现今的重点是灾区的恢复与重建。
