Flooding in the urban area of Trinidad, TerraSAR/Radarsat radar images

Satellite-detected flood waters over the affected urban extent of Trinidad, capital of Beni. Flood water analysis was conducted with a single TerraSAR-X radar scene of 14/02/2008. Additionally, RADARSAT-1 satellite data recorded of 08/02/2008 and 05/04/2001 was also used. Preliminary analysis not yet been validated in the field. UNOSAT added value contributions are in the context of a joint effort with INA project management.
